RIP Butterscotch

I am so sorry to say our sweet Butterscotch passed away today. I took him to the vet for what I thought would be some rotten teeth needing to be pulled but instead found he had terrible oral cancer which more than likely had spread through his body. His kidneys had all but shut down so it was time for us to give this sweet old man his peace and let him cross over the rainbow bridge. We never found out where he came from and he had no microchip so his neuter was done pre 2009. I hope he enjoyed the love and companionship of the Abaykitties the few months he lived there. RIP sweet boy.
