Earlier this week I had the honor and pleasure to facilitate the adoption of this darling boy. He is a feral approximately 5 months old who was living on the grounds of a local vacation spot. I have friends who were looking to adopt a cat so we went "shopping" at this feral colony.
Here he is a day and a half into his new non feral life asleep on the couch watching the world series with his daddy. His vet check was great. No fleas or tics, no hiv or leukemia. He did have worms and a parasite which is common and very treatable.
This baby is proof positive ferals can be house cats. Now we just have to convince the 10 year old furbaby
already in the house that a little brother is a fun thing.
I'm busy working on my blog posts. Watch this space!
