Injured Pinkie

This handsome boy is Pinkie. He is always an Abay favorite because of his very friendly, affectionate nature. He is in need of your love and support. Pinkie got into a disagreement with someone, we don't know who, and his eye was punctured by a claw. The poor baby has lost his sight in that eye now. The Dr. cleaned him up and put him on antibiotics and now we wait to see if the eye heals without swelling or infection. If he does have complications we'll remove the eye in order to protect his health.

It's been 2 weeks now and Pinkie looks great. His eye is healing beautifully, we're not sure if he has any vision in it but he doesn't seemed bothered which is all that matters. Thank you to the vet and our great volunteers who took such wonderful care of our favorite boy.
